The Radiology Clinic was set up in October of 1990 and has undergone various phases of refurbishment with the scope of improving the clinical diagnostic facility available to our patients.
These have led to a doubling of the area being utilized by the clinic and the establishment of much larger and more comfortable waiting facilities and the purchase of high tech imaging machinery to aid with more accurate and early diagnosis of disease.

A digital chest X-ray is an imaging test that uses X-rays to look at the structures and organs in your chest.

Ultrasound provides a very important assessment of many of the internal organs in the abdomen, the structures in the neck and breast. Colour doppler assessment of the veins and any tumour detected helps assessment prior to treatment.
A bone density test measures how strong your bones are. The test will tell you if you have osteoporosis (weak bones), and it can help you understand your risk of breaking a bone in the future. Women are at higher risk for osteoporosis than men, and the risk increases with age
